I’m not one to get overly excited over trendy hair cuts because I’m pretty committed to my long layered hair. However, I’m all about fun seasonal hair styles and I’m totally loving the fact that the center part is back! I’m a HUGE fan of a sleek center part but I gave it a break a few years back when the whole side swept hair thing took over. I don’t straighten all of my hair because I like the messy, undone look so I take a flat iron and only run it over the top. Check out some Pinspiration including Olivia Palermo, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Alba, and much much more!
It’s been a while since I posted a copycat but I could not think of a better way to come back than with Olivia Palermo. The girl can do no wrong! Here she is with a very 70’s inspired (which is huge for spring) outfit, completed with flared jeans and a big fur coat. Love it so, so much.
Words cannot even express how much I love Olivia Palermo’s style! It’s always so hard for me to even pick one outfit to replicate. For this Copycat I chose her in over knee boots and a fab coat! Two must have items in any fashionitas closet. Both pieces can be found for less but if you choose to splurge go right ahead because neither of these items are overlty trendy and they will never go out of style just like most of Olivias outfits classic, sexy and stylish.
I’ve always loved me a comfy sweatshirt but this season I’m loving the idea of a sweatshirt dressed up. I loved the way Beyonce, Olivia Palermo and Alexa Chung rocked their sweatshirts by simply accessorizing and adding heels. Pair with a sexy pencil skirt, plaid slacks or your favorite jeans and add some fab jewelry and you’re good to go.
For a adorable look pair this ruffled sweatshirt with legging and heels.
Heels, jeans and a clutch is all you’ll need for this chic embroidered sweatshirt.
For a school girl look try this quilted sweatshirt with flirty skater skirt and flats.
Off the shoulder sweatshirts are so sexy! Belt it and wear over a mini skirt or shorts and tights with a blazer.
For a effortless casual look pair this striped sweatshirt with a maxi skirt or slacks.
Olivia Palermo proves once again that style doesn’t have to cost a fortune in a ASOS paisley print dress for only $67.50. She paired the flirty dress with a red satchel, animal print flats and a edgy low slung belt – effortless accessorizing! Check out her entire look for less below. Tip: pair with leggings and boots for a boho chic look during the cooler weather.
I’ve had this white lace shift dress for some time and I would have worn it sooner but it didn’t fit. Yep this baby has been sitting in my closet for 3 months and 10 pounds. I kept trying it on every couple of weeks and I was SO happy last week when it actually fit! I’m still a few pounds of from my goal weight but I’m happy how far I’ve come.
Normally I would be terrified to wear a white dress but being that it’s a shift dress it’s a lot more forgiving. For accessories I kept it simple because I wanted to let the green bag do all the work and for shoes I was initially going to pair the dress with pointy toe pumps but I thought they were way too expected and a little dressier than I wanted to look so I decided to wear these gorgeous flats by London Sole that gave it the perfect balance of dressy and dainty but still casual.
I was so thrilled when I got the

Another flawless look from Olivia Palermo. Her simple white dress is perfectly complimented by the colors in her jacket, shoes and accessories that look like a pretty bowl of fruit. I love it! Tip: These are perfect transitional pieces and you can easily create two separate outfits from them. Wear the white dress with any winter sweater, the tights for colder days or pair the blazer and heels with leggings and a tee. Get Olivia’s look for less with pieces from Delia’s, Zara and more!
I normally would have done a copycat post on all of these amazing celeb outfits but instead I decided to highlight them all.
Solange Knowles’ style blends retro looks with a modern touch. I love the way the white Nicholas Kirkwood pumps play off the colors in this striped Ostwald Helgason dress.
Olivia Palermo always manages to work her faux fur vest into just about any outfit flawlessly, and this look is one of my favorites! The orange gives the fur a refreshing spring kick.
The bangs, the striped fur and the head to toe black – I die! 🙂
What I love about Jessica Alba‘s outfits is that they’re all easy to recreate for less and aren’t too over the top. Love the tights and studded heels – they give the sweet dress a little edge – perfect!
Olivia was recently spotted wearing an
Olivia Palermo always looks flawless. Love how she manages to be both chic and fab whether rocking floral print pants or a simple sleeveless top with skinny jeans and flats (the outfit pictured here is a perfect example how fabulous she is!). The beauty is definitely in the simplicity….and the pieces are super functional and easy to dress up. Get Olivia’s look from JC Penney, Victoria Secret & more!
