Update: The winner of the Friends of Naturalizer Giveaway is Melissa with the following comment  “Hi I voted for the SUITING PROGRAM- because first impressions are everything! Most people who don’t have a job are also the same people who can’t afford to buy a new wardrobe for an interview. This is really beneficial and I am sure helps a lot of ppl! Melissa”

Congratulations Melissa and a big thank you to all who participated!

How would you like the chance to win a free pair of shoes  and help raise awareness for three amazing charities at the same time?   Then read on!  The giveaway is part of the Naturalizer shoe brand’s charitable campaign, Friends of Naturalizer.  This fall, Naturalizer (the company renowned for helping women “live their life and love their shoes”) is teaming up with Dress for Success to help disadvantaged women .  From September 29 through October 2, Naturalizer will be donating $1 from every shoe and handbag purchase – up to $20,000 – to Dress for Success. With a variety of programs that work to help women not only land the job, but build a career, your vote will help determine which one of three great Dress for Success programs will receive the donation. All three programs exemplify the ideals of Naturalizer and Dress for Success: empowering women to take control of their lives and live it to the fullest.  Check out some of my fave picks and contest rules below:

Prize Details:

The winner of the giveaway will receive a gift code to use on Naturalizer.com to select ANY pair of shoes that they would like to receive (Naya, a specialty brand of Naturalizer, is excluded). This code will cover the cost of the shoes, tax and shipping so that there is no cost to the winner and no credit card information is required. Giveaway winners must be U.S.- based.

To enter:

Visit the Naturalizer Voting Page: http://www.naturalizer.com/en-US/Content/friends-family.aspx, vote for your favorite charity, then tell us which charity you voted for in the comments section below.  Contest runs from September 29 to October 11.

Good luck; and don’t forget to take advantage of the 30% off coupon good during the campaign period of September 29-October 2.

  8. I voted for the *Professional Womens Group* – because even in a suit, you can always tell when someone doesn’t have the skills to work in a business setting.

  9. Jackie says:

I voted for Success Summit because I feel that leadership and networking is important. Sure, it’s great to look good when going for an interview, but it is more important to learn how to keep the job with networking skills. This will also help with community problems if a woman is interested in community service. Great contest!
