Going to a formal lunch event, a wedding or any other special occasion? Finding the right outfits, either wedding or mother of the bride outfits, can be tricky.  Check out these three dresses by Jaques Vert for inspiration that will hopefully make it easier for you to decide on your outfit.

This Eucalyptus sleeveless dress is softly cut in a smart shift shape with a shaped scoop neck. It is the perfect dress for a horce racing day or when going to a formal lunch event. The fabulous satin banding creates a matt and shine effect resulting in a timeless look.

Combine the dress with natural make up and crème high heels. In terms of accessories, go for a soft pink colour as this blends in perfectly with the eucalyptus colour. If soft pink isn’t your colour then opt for black. A black blazer would certainly give the outfit a more edgy look.

This shimmering textured shift dress comes in a powder puff and spot print. With contrast waist piping to ensure a feminine line, it’s sleeveless with a scoop neck featuring a stunning neckline that adds soft shape. The polka dot is timeless and when incorporated well, creates a trendy yet chic look.

Combine the dress with a natural basis but don’t be afraid to try red lipstick with this outfit. With polka dots you should always be careful with accessorise otherwise it may become too much. So if you want to accessorize your outfit, opt for neutral colours and small jewellery. The dress would go great with a light purple coloured jacket or bolero because the polka dots are purple as well.

The floral prints on this dress are presented in bright colours giving the dress a very distinct look. The draping of the dress creates a sexy décolleté and it is therefore recommended to wear this dress to an event or wedding party. The dress has a back zip and is also fully lined.

Try finding similar pink colours to blend in with your make up and don’t be afraid to use many jewellery pieces to accessorise the dress. A silver chunky necklace would be a great fit. Also, this dress goes well with a pair of black high heels and can also be worn with a denim jacket for less formal occasions.
