I LOVE everything about this tiger print chiffon top! It’s got every single element that a stylish top should have – the print is bold and sophisticated, the studded collar is adorable, and the black zippered back makes the front pop even more! This is one of those pieces that will have people thinking you spent a lot more than $36 and it will definitely turn some heads. Perfect to layer under blazers or cardigans, wear alone as a mini dress (with shorts underneath of course) and sky high heels or with bright leggings and flats. Check out how to rock this top three different ways below.

After a few failed attempts in creating a pretty spring manicure I came across these matte nails.
I love the green it’s a nice change to my favorite Essie polish in licorice and I just bought Revlon’s matte polish. I figured this a nice way to ease myself into an actual manicure and I’m pretty sure I can handle this one. 🙂
There isn’t anything that flashy about Jessica Alba’s outfit but I do find it refreshing to see a nice pair of flare jeans. I like the hippie-ish vibe they give outfits. Get Jessica look for less with pieces from Mango, Tilly’s & more!
Pastels are perfect to celebrate beautiful spring weather, but nothing beats a pretty shade of orange to go with a golden tan for the summer. Unlike pastels, orange compliment’s just about anyone’s complexion and can easily be used as a neutral color when building an outfit. Check out some of my favorite pieces below.
I love me a comfy worn in tee! I snag the unstained ones from my husbands draw and cut off the collar to give it a off the shoulder look. Normally I switch out of them when I’m going out but my latest tee is sort of a obsession and I wanted to work it into a outfit. I immediately thought of a Chloe Sevigny Copycat I did a few years back and decided to use my white blazer. I love the fresh look the white blazer gives the tee and denim shorts!
What I’m Wearing:
White Blazer – $39 from Tobi.com
Distressed Denim Shorts – $19.99 from American Eagle
Sandals – $24.99 from a local boutique
Bag – $24.99 from T.J. Maxx
I’m obsessed with these samdals! I live in sandals most of the time and these are a perfect way for me to get the feel of wearing an actual shoe rather than just a flat sandal. The chunkiness of the sole and the metallic details give the otherwise simple sandals a more modern and sleek look. And Yeswalker is still running its BOGO with free standard shipping to the United States…how can you resist? Check them out below along with some of my favorite sandals.

Victoria Beckham’s style is flawless but I always like it when she keeps it low key and cutesy – like in this outfit. She paired a mini from her own collection (which is a must have for casual and dressy looks), adorable Chloe wedges that can be worn with so many outfits all the way through summer and a chic black sweater – effortless!
Anything metallic instantly looks more speical and stands out – especially a metallic mini skirt. Despite what you might think, a metallic mini can be worked into your wardrobe for day wear, and be used just as often as a pair of colored skinny jeans. What I love about a metallic mini is that it does all the work. Sure, you can dress it up even more with accessories and heels, but for the most part it’ll make pieces like a denim shirt, or a simple tee look extra sleek and edgy. Tip: give the heels a break! Try pairing with sandals or casual sneaks for an eclectic daytime look.
Solange Knowles’ outfit pulls at this brooklyn girls heart! I love everything about her outfit! The unfinished ends on the sweater instantly makes it chic; the shorts are sexy; the sneakers (which BTW I totally prefer these types of sneaks as opposed to the wedge sneaker) glam it all up and the Chanel bag gives it class 🙂
I’m determined to give myself a decent mani and have been looking everywhere for easy DIY tutorials and inspirations. I’ve never had the patience to sit down and try to do anything other than a basic two coat mani, but the nail craze has bitten me and I’m on a mission! Below are some of my favorites that I’ve yet to try, but when I do if (and it’s even half way decent) I will definitely post about it. 🙂
Simple, pretty and sparkly!
LOVE the quirky twist on the classic french manicure!
One of my favorite bloggers love Maegan real dried flowers is gorgeous! I’d like to try this but only on my ring and pinky finger.
I love stripes and this would be so cool but I’d try it on a pedicure because IMO it’s a bit busy for a manicure.
I’m totally obsessed with metallics so this easy tutorial is a must!
